Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely! All our candles arrive in beautiful packaging, ready to gift. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. We can include a gift message - just add your message in the order notes.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes, we're happy to help with corporate gifts. Contact us to discuss quantities, customisation options, and bulk pricing.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over GBP50. For orders under GBP50, standard delivery is GBP4.95 to UK mainland addresses. See our Delivery page for full details.
How are candles packaged?
We take great care with packaging. Each candle is securely wrapped and boxed to arrive in perfect condition, ready to light or gift.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.
Candle Care
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
For the first burn, let the candle burn until the wax melts to the edge of the container (usually 2-3 hours). This prevents tunnelling. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. See our Candle Care Guide for detailed tips.
How long do the candles burn?
Burn times vary by candle size and are listed on each product page. Generally, our standard candles burn for 40-50 hours, while larger sizes can burn for 70+ hours.
Is it safe to leave a candle burning?
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish candles before leaving a room or going to sleep. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. See our Candle Care Guide for full safety information.
Fragrance
How strong is the scent?
All our candles are selected for good fragrance throw - the ability to scent a room when burning. Scent intensity varies by fragrance and room size. We describe each fragrance's character on the product page.
Can I smell the candle before buying?
Unfortunately, we can't send samples. However, we provide detailed fragrance descriptions and our 30-day returns policy means you can return unused candles if the scent isn't right for you.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy on unused, unburned candles in their original packaging. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately if your candle arrives damaged. Take photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Don't dispose of the damaged item until we've advised you.
