Care
After Your Delivery Arrives
- ◆ Store in a cool place - Keep candles away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve the fragrance and prevent warping.
- ◆ Keep the lid on - For jar candles, replace the lid when not in use to protect the wax and maintain scent strength.
- ◆ First burn matters - Allow the wax to melt to the edges on first use to prevent tunnelling and ensure even burning.
- ◆ Check on arrival - Please inspect items for any transit damage. Report any issues immediately so we can resolve them.

30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? Return unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns. Candles must be unlit and in resaleable condition.
Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Please photograph any damage before contacting us - this helps us process your claim quickly.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on your order size and location. The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How are the candles packaged?
Each candle is individually wrapped and cushioned in protective packaging. Glass jars and delicate items receive extra protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders receive tracking information once dispatched. You'll receive an email with your tracking link.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or you may be able to collect from a local pickup point depending on your courier options.
Can you deliver to a different address for a gift?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. Select our gift wrapping option and add a personalised message - we'll ensure no pricing is shown on the delivery note.
